NZAV was integral to the Waitaki Council's AV installation project aimed at enhancing the quality of live streaming during council meetings. The project featured the installation of a Bosch Dicentis system for microphone and signal processing. Known for its superior audio quality, versatile functionality, and user-friendly interface, the Bosch Dicentis system was selected to elevate the council's communication capabilities. Specifically, the system enables seamless communication between speakers and a PTZ camera. This integration allows the camera to track the speaker's movements, ensuring close-up shots that capture facial expressions and body language, enhancing viewer engagement during live streams.

Since its implementation, the Bosch Dicentis system has significantly elevated the quality of the council's live streams. Previous broadcasts suffered from poor audio clarity and limited visual engagement, often featuring wide-angle shots that failed to convey speaker nuances effectively. By improving audio clarity and visual presentation, the system has transformed council meetings into more engaging and informative events for viewers.
