Yuhei is a seasoned professional in the Audio-Visual industry, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With 10 years of experience in the field, he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
Previously, Yuhei served as a Brand Sales Manager, where he was responsible for selling commercial AV equipment to integration companies and similar organisations. This role gave him valuable experience in the sales and marketing aspect of the Audio-Visual industry, as well as exposure to the latest technology and trends.
In addition to his sales experience, Yuhei also brings 15 years of experience as an Audio Engineer, which provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the technical side of the industry. He has a deep knowledge of room acoustics, sound wave theory, and frequency response, and is able to apply this knowledge to a variety of audio-visual projects.
But what truly sets Yuhei apart is his expertise in video distribution. He is a specialist in this area and has a thorough understanding of the latest video distribution technology and techniques. Whether it’s designing a video distribution system for a large conference center, or troubleshooting an existing system, Yuhei is able to provide expert guidance and support.

Tony Edwards has been a Company Director of Several companies over the past 20 years which has given him a broad range of skills and abilities. During this time he has actively been involved in the AV Industry firstly as a Musician (32 years) and then as system designer and integrator.
Since 2010 years Tony has been the Director of Audio Concepts Ltd Australia being based on the Gold Coast. During this time Audio Concepts successfully tendered numerous Theatre Fit out Contracts as well as multiple School and Church installations. Most of the equipment sold during this time was from the B3 Product range. In 2016 Tony sold Audio Concepts after deciding to focus on SCP Audio NZ Ltd and returned back to Christchurch New Zealand to take up the Position of Director of Sound Choice Pro Audio New Zealand.
March 2020 presented itself as a year as the world has never seen before, Covid-19 un-leased itself across the World devastating many lives, The Entertainment industry was one of the hardest hit genres and the fall out will be felt for years to come. Whilst many businesses ducked for cover Tony saw a opportunity and with Russell Williams and Brett Harvey coming on board NZAV Ltd was born.
Although NZAV is a New company The combination of these 3 AV specialist’s has brought together nearly 100 years of combined AV Industry, Commercial Audio and Pro Audio together into 1 location. Each employee bringing their own specialist’s areas of expertise.
Russell Williams is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of Audio-Visual systems. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the industry, and has proven his ability to lead and manage complex projects.
Before his current role, Russell worked at Shipleys Audio and Visual Systems Ltd. where he served as a key sales representative. In this role, he was responsible for developing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, and suppliers. Through his excellent communication and relationship-building skills, he helped the company to grow and achieve significant business success.
Russell’s project management skills are another key strength. He managed all the larger commercial projects undertaken by the company, which included audio, video, lighting, and automation. His project management process was comprehensive and thorough, covering everything from initial pricing and contract negotiation, to planning the installation, developing system diagrams, negotiating the installation schedule with the client, ordering equipment, and preparing and tracking progress invoices. He was also responsible for overseeing the final acceptance checks and completing all as-built drawings and documentation.
In addition to managing his own projects, Russell was entrusted with overseeing the technical aspects of all other projects managed by other account managers. He was able to advise and intervene when necessary to ensure that account managers and installation technicians stayed on track and completed all as-built drawings and documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
Russell’s extensive experience in the Audio-Visual industry has enabled him to develop a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. He has a deep understanding of the various components and technologies that are used in Audio-Visual systems, and he is also knowledgeable about the latest trends and innovations in the industry. His technical knowledge, combined with his business and project management skills, make him a valuable asset to NZAV.
Pancho is an accomplished professional in the Audio-Visual industry with over 11 years of experience. He has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing his diverse skill set and expertise.
In his past roles, Pancho worked as a Senior AV technician for AAE and Automation and Associates in Auckland, as well as an AV Programmer for Creation Source in Saudi Arabia. His experience in these roles provided him with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in automation, troubleshooting, live sound, AV systems, and system design.
Pancho holds numerous certifications in various Audio-Visual systems, including Crestron, BSS, Dante, and Q-Sys. These certifications, along with his experience, have given him a broad skill set that makes him a valuable asset to any team. He is able to provide expert technical support and advice on various Audio-Visual systems and technologies, and is also proficient in programming and system design.
Pancho is known for his superb professional audio and telecommunications skills, which he leverages to offer great industry knowledge to NZAV. He is a quick learner, adaptable, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. His extensive experience and technical expertise make him an excellent team player who is committed to providing the highest quality of service and results to clients.
Anna Edwards brings over ten years of Administration experience to the NZAV team. Her past roles have included Office Administration, Payroll Processing, Office Assistant and Receptionist.
Encompassing strong data entry, communication and organisation skills, Anna has a superb work ethic and precise attention to detail. Anna has further skills in filing, arranging phone appointments, customer service and the ability to adapt to change on a regular basis.
Anna brings a passion, enthusiasm and dedication to any given environment. Outside of work, Anna volunteered for Refugee and Migrant Settlement, in the Immigration Department, and also the Nurse Maude Aged Care Facility.
