NZAV successfully secured the tender for the design, supply, and installation of audio-visual services at the new Ashburton District Council facility. The project encompassed the setup of over 37 spaces, including more than 30 distinct Teams meeting rooms of varying sizes, each equipped with wireless presentation and room booking systems.
Additionally, the scope included an AOC Emergency Response Centre, a recording studio, Digital Signage and Interactive information desk, a complete fit-out of the new Council Chamber, and an event space featuring a 4m x 2.6m 1.5mm pitch LED wall, complemented by two compact line array speaker systems.
NZAV developed several custom user interfaces, each tailored to the specific functionality and layout of the room, while incorporating the unique button configurations.
